• Revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 totaled $42.4 million, up 43% from the prior year period
• Revenue for fiscal 2011 totaled $154.0 million, up 62% from fiscal 2010
• GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 was $6.9 million or $0.13 per diluted share on a pro forma basis
• GAAP net income for fiscal 2011 was $29.1 million or $0.60 per diluted share on a pro forma basis
• Non-GAAP net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2011 was $11.3 million or $0.22 per diluted share on a pro forma basis
• Non-GAAP net income for fiscal 2011 was $37.1 million or $0.77 per diluted share on a pro forma basis

中国特許公報の番号体系（更新）

先日、中国特許調査の研修を受けて中国の最近の公報番号体系情報を入手できたので
古い一覧表を見直しました。 研修 のまとめ資料が見やすかったので一部フォーマットを
真似させていただきました。m(__)m

情報源は  研修 で入手した資料とEPOです。例示した番号は実際にDBで検索して確認しました。
なお、上記EPOに「SHOUQUAN GONGGAO (1983 to April 2010)」との記載がありますが、1983は
1993の間違いと思われます。


公報の番号フォーマットがころころ変わってややこしいが、出願番号のフォーマットのみは比較的
統一がとれているので 出願番号で管理するのが直感的にも分かりやすいと思います。

表題のHandbookが発行されています。

２０１２年２月版 
The following topics are addressed: 
(a) the practice of applicants and representatives (to a lesser 
extent, also of opponents and third parties) in proceedings 
before the EPO at first instance; 


(b) the practice of examiners, in particular how the examiner 
should best carry out examination so as to reach a decision in 
a reasonable time while dealing openly with parties to the 
proceedings; 


(c) the practice of formalities officers, particularly focusing on 
interaction between formalities officers and applicants; and 


(c) how complaints are dealt with at the EPO.
