これまでは登録すれば誰でも使用することができましたが11月からは非商用使用を
証明できるもののみ使用できることになるようです。
商用で使いたい場合は Lex Machinaを使ってくださいということです。
このＤＢ連邦地裁のＩＰ訴訟の状況がわかって、統計データの収集には結構便利でした
のでちょっと残念です。
やっぱり、不景気の影響ですこしでも費用回収しなきゃということなのでしょうかね。
