技術部門と知財部門

こんなリスト見かけました。
2.と6.は技術部門と知財部門の関係を言い表しているように思えます。

特許保証調査の報告をするにしても知財のスタンスとしてはついつい歯切れが悪くなってしまう。技術部門は○か×かを知りたいのに知財の答えはほとんどが△か×
技術部門出身の私としては○×で回答したいのだが知財プロパーの上司がそれを許してくれない。まあ、知財はあくまでも可能性を示して技術部門が最終判断するという立場だからやむを得ないのかもしれません。
