Rambus Loses Patent Case to Micron

Rambusが彼らの所有する12の特許に関わるロイアルティ支払いをMicron Technologyに求めていた訴訟で、デラウェア連邦地裁のRobinson判事はRambus行為は「最悪の隠蔽、最悪の誘導」であり権利行使できない、として彼らの訴えを退けた。Rambusはこの判決を受け控訴する旨を即時表明した。
