あまりにも独創的な出願で、これを審査する審査官は悲しすぎる・・・。まさか、特許になるとは思いませんが、どの条文を根拠に拒絶するか興味津津。たぶん、Section 101 だとは思うけど、発明者は絶対に認めないですよね。
